Setting up an account is completely free and we don’t charge subscription fees. You only pay for the deliveries we perform. Our pricing is based off of the vehicle type you need, how quickly you need it delivered, and the mileage between the pickup and drop-off locations.

Chariot Messenger has general liability, auto liability and physical damage, property coverage, and cargo coverage. Contact your Chariot Messenger sales representative for more information.

Orders can be tracked through call, email and SMS notifications.

As long as the pickup or drop-off location is in the greater metro area, we should have a driver who can grab it. If you are concerned about our ability to handle your delivery, please call our customer success team.

Our drivers are required to pass a background check, have a clean driving record, proof of a valid license, and proof of being insured. Additional training is provided to our drivers to ensure they meet Chariot Messenger’s customer service requirements and know how to set up the app, accept routes, add proof of delivery, and so on. We also have a dedicated customer experience team to support our drivers.
